Hello, I’m Lei, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting families through complex behavioral, communication, and developmental challenges using evidence-based approaches grounded in behavioral science.
My work focuses on helping parents move beyond confusion and trial-and-error strategies by understanding what is driving behavior and what needs to change within the environment to support progress.
I recognize that parenting can be deeply meaningful, but also demanding and, at times, overwhelming. Many families I work with are managing behavioral concerns, communication difficulties, developmental differences, or ongoing daily stress that feels difficult to resolve alone.
My role is to bring structure where there is uncertainty, and direction where there is frustration—so families can create sustainable, practical improvements in daily life for both the child and the caregivers who support them.
Every child is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution.
That’s why I take the time to understand your child’s strengths, needs, personality, and environment before developing individualized strategies that fit naturally into your family’s daily routines.
Using evidence-based practices rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), I work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, educators, and support teams to create practical solutions that lead to measurable progress.
Together, we focus on:
My goal isn’t just to help solve today’s challenges—it’s to equip families with the tools and confidence they need for long-term success.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Education with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Western University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Concordia University.
Throughout my career, I have supported children and families across a variety of settings, including private clinics, daycare centers, schools, and community-based programs. My experience includes working alongside multidisciplinary teams to support children with diverse developmental, behavioral, and learning needs.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of helping families reach important milestones while building stronger foundations for the future.
At the heart of my work is a belief that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive.
I believe that meaningful progress happens when families feel supported, empowered, and equipped with the right tools. Rather than focusing solely on challenges, I strive to recognize each child’s strengths and help families build upon them.
Every step forward—big or small—is worth celebrating.
Outside of my professional role, I enjoy spending time in nature, exploring the outdoors with my dog, and finding moments of balance through mindfulness and reflection.
These experiences remind me of the importance of patience, resilience, and connection—values that guide both my personal life and my work with families.
“Empowering children to thrive and helping families feel confident, supported, and hopeful—one step at a time.”
Whether you’re seeking guidance, support, or a clear path forward, I’m here to help.
Together, we can create practical strategies that support your child’s growth, strengthen your family’s confidence, and build a more positive future.
